  1. I applied to Excelsior and need 21 credits for Art and science electives. So, was wondering if someone could listing few I can use from CLEP, DANTES etc. Delight list the like shooting fish in a barrel ones beginning based on your feel. thanks in accelerate.

Depending on how much fourth dimension you are willing to spend on it per month ALEKS could be a good selection. $20 a calendar month and you lot get equally many credits as you can complete in each month. I have never tried it, but at that place are dozens of threads on this site about it.

    Also, since Excelsior grants a generous ammount of credit for ECE subject field exams, y'all would save a lot of money if you lot can take one or 2 and brand upwardly your 21 credits. It would require some hard study, only it's doable and a great deal.

    Social Scientific discipline/History -->Demand 9. Got all i demand

    History
    Physcology

    Natural Science & math --> Need 12. Got all i demand
    Geology
    Calculus I
    Algebra
    Calculus II

    Art & Science Electives .Need 27. So far only nine i think

    Introduction to computers
    PC Application software

    Do you think my evaluation is corect. What else can I do in Art & Science. I demand xviii more credits. And from where can i exercise it. Volition CLEP work for me?

  6. Guys, what really Arts and science electives mean. What types of courses fall under each..examples

    Arts - Liberal Arts or Language and arts
    Scientific discipline - Physical science, life science or computer science.

    Since, I am computer major, if i have following will they be considered equally Arts and sciences electives?

    Information Systems and Computer Applications - CLEP
    Introduction to Calculating(would information technology be considered same equally above?) - DSST
    Principles of Statistics - DSST
    Management Information Systems- DSST
    College Mathematics - DSST
    Sun certified Java developer(how many credits?) - Sunday certification

    And yes some easy ones from posts. Are these Arts courses?

  10. Since your humanities general pedagogy requirements are already met, the CLEP Humanities would go toward your Arts & Sciences electives.
  11. A & I CLEP is like shooting fish in a barrel if you're a good reader ("good" pregnant you lot can read classics & poetry well, as well as "normal" stuff). Freshman Comp was also a breeze for me, but I love to write, and then it depends on your individual skills. Humanities, English language Lit, & American Lit overlap a lot of information, then you can have the two lit tests while studying for that portion of Humanities. If artsy stuff isn't your thing, you tin take Intro to Psych, Intro to Sociology, Educational Psych, Social Sciences & History, Microecon, Macroecon, Biology, Natural Scientific discipline, the list goes on...

    (Oh, & all of the above listed are CLEPs)
